you need to use the ReadyAPI configuration of DB connections. See, e.g., https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/testing/data-driven/drivers/manager.html.
ReadyAPI does not automatically look at TNSNames.ora or Oracle environment variables.

Thanks, i found the issue it uses the instance name not the service name to connect
