SPNegro command line browser issue

Good Morning,

I have followed the documented instructions for enabling SPNegro with ReadyAPI 3.8.1 and successfully called my my SAP OData service from the ReadyAPI console.  When I attempt to run the same project using testrunner.bat I am back to getting the error "Your browser is not configured for using SPNego".  

I have added JAVA_OPTS to following to the testrunner.bat.

set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Djavax.security.auth.useSubjectCredsOnly=false

Any suggestions,
