The above result picture was from LoadUI test. I wan to understand what's the difference between 2 lines, I have a test case in soapui, I ran the LoadUI test, I got the results after running for 2 min's. which one is correct in terms of metrics.

The top line in your screenshot represents a single step of your test case. The bottom line in your screenshot represents the test case as a whole.

The Test Step Metrics available in the Load tab of LoadUI are really intended as more of a live representation of your test data while the load test is being executed. For the most accurate metrics, we suggest creating reports in the Statistics tab. For more information on that process, please see this document.
