ReadyAPI 3.10.2 - Project can't Save/Close/Remove

Recently having issues saving changes made to a project created by team member. Using Tortoise SVN to manage collaborative changes. Same issue was also happening on 3.7.0

Never encountered issues before on other projects. Added some properties to a data source, clicked the save button, nothing happens, clicked the project>Save option also and nothing happens. If I close and re-open ReadyAPI the "changes" have not been saved.

Tried removing the project and re-importing, also tried creating a new workspace and imported the project, still can't save any changes, no errors displayed

Is there a log that I can troubleshoot? Or any other suggestions?
