NoSuchKey Error Every Time Open ReadyAPI or Switch Workspace

Just downloaded and installed ReadyAPI 3.40.2 and getting the following error every time it is opened or switch workspaces, (workspaces existed from previous version):

   <Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>

   <Key>ready-api/starter-pages/3.40.2/pro/soapui-pro-starter-page.html</Key>

   <RequestId>this value changes every time</RequestId>

   <HostId>this value changes every time</HostId>
