LoadUI and web SPA

Hi all, we have project here for single page web app that does not provide different urls for diffrent pages as everything in one page. As not familiar with load testing. Is it possible to test such webapp with LoadUI?
I was able to send simple request to homepage, however, not sure what else possible to test if I am not able to pull any other pages(i.e - sign in).

Any assistance appreciated.
