Get assertion values using groovy

Hi,
I am doing custom report. If assertion failed I am getting proper error messages. I am producing what are the assertion that we are using for even passed case.... Assertion has ID, LABEL and Description. I wanted to print in my report what is actual and expected as well in report along with assertion name and status How to do that?
