Export SOAP project with swagger in soapui

Hy ,

I am trying to Export one SOAP projekt with swagger. Until now i got only the error Project is missing REST API.

My final scope is to Import this projekt in Postman.

Did anyone has similar experience or hint?

Thanks ,

Oana.

Hey @oanamay

Just to clarify - you're trying to export an existing SOAP project from within ReadyAPI! and save the export file as swagger - is this swagger v1.2, v2. or openapi v3.0?

What format are you trying to save as?  .json? .xml? .yaml?

What version of ReadyAPI! are you using?

All these questions could be relevant and allow other forum members to attempt to reproduce your issue?

Cheers.

if this helped answer the post, could you please mark it as 'solved'? Also if you consider whether the title of your post is relevant? Perhaps if the post is solved, it might make sense to update the Subject header field of the post to something more descriptive? This will help people when searching for problems. Ta

Hy richie,

Thanks for your help,

I am trying to Export SOAP projekt using SOAP-UI-5.6.0 and the swagger in this Version.

Actual Format from Project by export ist XML.

I am trying to saved it as json format so i can Import later in Postman.

Thanks,

Oana,

Hey @oanamay

OH!

I just realised - i know what the problem is

your project is SOAP right - its not REST.  I don't think you can export to swagger a SOAP project - so I think youre stuffed.

you can export to swagger a REST project fine, right?
