Clone Step defaults to copy - always

This could be classified as a bug! When you clone a Step (could apply to a Case though), if you click the check-box to move it rather than copy it, the next time you do a clone to is still checked and it will be moved unless you change it back to unchecked. This is very dangerous (I found out the hard way!!!).

At the very least, it should be configurable as to how it defaults.

No problem - and I can make an argument for the current functionality being right (just not a very strong argument:)) - which is why you might want to think about making it configurable.
