Can I transfer license to another user on same machine

Hi, 

I have a SoapUI NG Pro licence installed on my machine. 
I want to transfer it to another user account on the same machine.

My question is if this is this possible by deactivating the licence and then reactivating on the same machine, or will that only allow the licence to be reactivated on a different machine?

You will be able to re-activate a license on the same machine under another user account. Just deactivate it first.
