I have Ready API installed on one of my machines and I have recently discovered that it only works with one user account, not anyone who uses the machine. I would prefer that it be accessible to anyone who uses the machine. Is there anyway I can address this?

It's expected behavior. There is no another way to use a license.
If you want to use Ready!API under several accounts on one machine, you will need to activate the license for each account. Since, one license can be activated just once, you will need additional licenses for this. I hope I was clear enough.
Based on your initial post, I believe that a Floating License would be the option best suited to your needs. You can contact your account manager here at SmartBear for assistance with obtaining one.
