Are there any cloud based api virtualization hosts for cross internet testing?

I have a website hosted on azure's cloud that talks to an API across the internet.

I want to create a virtualized API that returns anonymized data instead of our actual production data so an external QA group can work on the website without access to any sensitive data.

But almost all of the documentation talks about setting up Virtualization on "your network" rather than across the internet.  My company doesn't have a private network because we use cloud services of one type or another for everything.

Is there a cloud product for API virtualization that I can use across the internet without having to have an internal private network?

    Hi m4bwav,

From my understanding, you can create a Virt server in your network. You will need to allow getting access to this server outside of your network. In this case, people will work with this virt.
