We are encountering an issue with Quick Search Look in Field (all excluding notes) or (including notes) not searching custom fields without specifically picking the field name in the Look in Field? Is this a known issue with 11.0.102? Is it fixed in 11.3?

Thank you for your post. It's a known issue with the Quick search option for Custom Fields in the 11.0.102 build. A fix for this issue was included in the later product versions, starting from QAComplete 11.0.103 (you can check your current version on the Setup tab: http://screencast.com/t/L2jlar79w4gD). So, I recommend that you move to the latest product version, which is QAComplete 11.3.
