What identifier can we use to set up SSO?
We are wondering if we can use an employer ID# as our identifier when we set up SSO. Currently we do not use that field when setting up users but i see it available on the field list to select from. We'd prefer not to use email addresses to identify users because there are inconsistencies there.

Hi Laura,
Could you please clarify what ID# field you mean (in QAC, Okta, PingOne)? Please send me a screenshot.
But, note that, currently, you can use only email address to log in to QAC.
