Test Agent can not find the new version of TestComplete

Test Agent can not find the new version of TestComplete

Hello

we recently updated TestComplete to version 15. Now our automatic QAComplete tests are no longer running on VMs.

Test Agent version is 29. The Test Agent error message shows the following log:

 


2021-11-08 12:11:27.402 5400 Failed to open key 'SOFTWARE\SmartBear\TestExecute\14.0\Setup', error 2.
2021-11-08 12:11:27.402 5400 '\x64\Bin\TestExecute.exe' not found.
2021-11-08 12:11:27.402 5400 Failed to open key 'SOFTWARE\SmartBear\TestExecute\14.0\Setup', error 2.
2021-11-08 12:11:27.403 5400 '\Bin\TestExecute.exe' not found.
2021-11-08 12:11:27.403 5400 Failed to open key 'SOFTWARE\SmartBear\TestComplete\14.0\Setup', error 2.
2021-11-08 12:11:27.403 5400 '\x64\Bin\TestComplete.exe' not found.
2021-11-08 12:11:27.403 5400 Failed to open key 'SOFTWARE\SmartBear\TestComplete\14.0\Setup', error 2.

Host in QAComplete can not find TestComplete

Can somebody help me with it?

We have used an old version of Test Agent which is not compatible with TC 15.
