Test Agent can not find the new version of TestComplete

Hello we recently updated TestComplete to version 15. Now our automatic QAComplete tests are no longer running on VMs. Test Agent version is 29. The Test Agent error message shows the following log...

    We have used an old version of Test Agent which is not compatible with TC 15.
