Jira Connector: Error - unable to load mapping settings

I am able to successfully connect to Jira and QAComplete and was able to successfully import a few bugs. But when I try and load the mappings tab in the connector I get a "Unable to load mappings set...

    Turns out we had duplicate user records in Jira, which did not show up in the interface. Once cleared mappings worked

Yeah that is what I thought too, though the users i am using have full access , but I'll check again.

Rereading the docs and checking our Jira setup would using an Agile simplified workflow cause this issue.

    In order to advance this issue please create a support ticket and we can look into this further. The agile workflow should not cause the issue

    Just an update. Talking to Support. Problem is not resolved there are investigating.

     

    Will post an update when I get one
