Installing TestAgent

Question

When installing TestAgent, I get the following error.&nbsp; I checked for the service but I only have the QAComplete Connector.&nbsp; Is there another service missing?

In the Web Service URL I have used both the machine name and the IP Address.

we are waiting to get the software certified so the admins can install it for us.&nbsp;
