Group By does not filter 2nd criteria in list view

I create a group by using status, then folder name.  Once I select the folder name, the list view is not filtered to that selection.

Hi Melissa,

It is expected behavior. The Group By option isn't the same as a filter. It shows all results but changes the order. 

For example, if you select only Group By Status - you will see all your items, but in a different order.
