FAQ - How do I control security privileges for my team members?

Security is found on the Setup tab.  Look for "Security" in the left-side navigation panel. You will want to define Security Groups appropriate for your team members, then assign each use to the correct Security Group for each of your Projects.

Each area has it's own section for allowing read, add, update and delete privileges, along with other settings specific to that area.

In addtion, there is a checkbox on the User record - if a team member should have permission to add and control users and security rights, check the "Is Security Admin?"
