No it just doesn't work - I have refreshed the browser a bunch of times and yesterday I even cleared my cache/cookies and tried. I got the error screen and clicked on the link to report the error - maybe somebody can find the notification from that.
I did find that if I use the table of contents in the left panel I can click on that and see the documentation - so I can get to it; however, the link itself in the main panel on the right does not work for me.
