Test Run says "Test Failed to Start" and doesn't show results

I just ran a test scenario that I've used previously and I'm seeing this: 

Hovering on status says "Test Failed to Run". But I know for a fact that it ran. I saw the requests in my system.

It's been about 10 minutes since the test stopped. Not sure what the issue is here.

Hey @kl3020 

I would recommend opening a support case. 

Just let them know your test run name, time as well as the scenario ID you tried to run(just go to the scenario and copy the id in the URL)

Its hard to say exactly what happened but support will have greater access to troubleshoot this
