Can Load ninja tool be insatlled in mac and can it be used to test the application running on Mac?

LoadNinja is SaaS based so you can access it on a mac / download tunnels on Mac OS etc 

Its used for loadtesting web applications at scale using real browsers so as long as your app is a web app then this will work for you.

Its just web applications, if you have a mobile site this too could be tested but its just web apps, not mobile. 

What aspect of the app are you looking to load test? 

If its Server/Backend /API performance I would recommend checking out ReadyAPI
