Restore of snapshots is not providing the db data

Hi,

when i try to restore the snapshot, i can see that the instance is new and the db data is not available even after running the restore DB commands. it has a large impact and cucumber studio is un accessable. 

How can we fix this issue? Can you redirect us to the premium support?
