Error Configuring Auto-Polling with Bitbucket Server

Our Bitbucket Server sits behind a reverse proxy and when trying to configure Repo Auto-polling we only get errors. Easy Add Repo works with the Root URL and the same credentials so I am sure it is not a network or authentication issue. Anything else I should be aware of with Auto Polling? or could our reverse proxy configuration be causing issues?
