See all reviews?

We just installed collaborator and I'm wondering if there is a way to view all reviews.   It makes sense to me that the ""Action Items" would only be reviews I'm involved in, but many of my team members would like to be able to see all reviews.

If all reviews were part of a project, then I think the project provides a list of all review.   On a related note for this, is there a way to set the project by default for all reviews created with a template?
