Importing Comments/Defects from remote users

Is there a way to use excel to record comments/defects and import into a review?  I have reviewer who cannot access Code Collaborator through our firewall

You should be able to accomplish what you want by using a script with our command-line client.

However, we don’t support Excel as an input format with our command-line tools. 

So in your script, you would have to export/parse the comments/defect data from the XLS file to simple text,

before you can incorporate it with "ccollab admin review comment create" and “ccollab admin review defect create” commands.
