CodeCollaborator vs PeerReview Complete

I've been trying to fgure out the difference between these 2 products - but can't find any compare on SmartBear web .



I found this  though - indicationg that PeerReview Complete is covering all CodeCollaborator fucntionality plus adding some more:

In-place upgrade to PeerReview Complete

Many SmartBear customers want to upgrade from CodeCollaborator to PeerReview Complete to take advantage of document review and electronic signature capabilities. To ease this transition, we enhanced CodeCollaborator so that customers can upgrade to PeerReview Complete in place once they upgrade to CodeCollaborator 7.3.
