CodeCollaborator Client process not terminating when closing the client window

When opening the CodeCollaborator Client GUI a ccollabgui.exe process is activated.  When closing the GUI the process continues to execute.  When the GUI is is opened again a new process is activated.  This continues to happen until the machine is rebooted or the processes are manually terminated.  



I am using CodeCollaborator v7.3.7302
