Any way to override initials?
Hi,
At work we have two people who have the same initials (SH.) So, on some reviews SH means one person, on other reviews SH means another person, and if we are both on the same review it shows e.g. ScH and StH. Is there any way to control this so that we have distinct initials across all reviews?
Thanks,
Scott

There is an administrative setting to set the minimum length for name abbreviations. The default value is 2, but you can set it to whatever value you want that will disambiguate the users. The tradeoff is screen real estate, so if you have names that are very similar, you may want to live with the abbreviation collision in those rare cases.
