I am able to login to the website with my credentials but when I try to start the app and use the same credentials, I am seeing an error message :Error: Server error. Under the Security Center tab on the account details, I also found a reference to the API key and a tried to use that as the password field paired with the Login but get the same result.
UPDATE - I tried the process again today and it connected when the web app started... No idea what changed but this problem is solved. I don't see a place to close my post.
