SmartBear App showing 'Error: Server error.' on credential submission

I am able to login to the website with my credentials but when I try to start the app and use the same credentials, I am seeing an error message :Error:  Server error.  Under the Security Center tab ...

There has been an intermittent issue that even we face. Glad it worked for you.
