Your user account is locked out

Please, when I try to login in the alertsite https://accounts.smartbear.com/accounts/login/, its says: "Your user account is locked out. Please contact your AlertSite Administrator." How can I unlock it? Thanks a lot.

If you know who the main administrator of your AlertSite account is, you can ask them to unlock your account. Only the main Admin can do this. If you are not sure who the main admin is, you can email "alertsite-support@smartbear.com" and Support will help you track them down.

Thanks I only use this e-mail, is a free account, i don't think i have a admin. I will contact the support email, thank a lot
