I have made some alerts on my monitors and I want to test them. Yet I can't find a 'test failed monitor' button anywhere.
Am I missing something. Do I have to take my entire landing page down to test this?

If you are just trying to trigger an alert, to confirm notification, try adding an invalid keyword to the test. Then when the error triggers and the notification is sent, remove the invalid keyword and wait for the clear notification as well to test.
Depending on the type of test you are running, and the type of app server you are testing, you can try setting a very low timeout response time threshold as well to trigger an error. Hope this helps
