to be more specific ... I found the following page https://support.smartbear.com/alertsite/docs/account/user-roles.html but that's not what I'm looking for.
There's a functionality which allows a subset of users to have access to a monitor ... I'm looking at some documentation and/or references towards that.
Thanks for the info i was facing some issues and wanted to know about and this help me out.
