API method to run test on demand.

 I would like to be able to use my build automation to run a test and use the results to decide whether to continue. Checking last status is not optimal, as it could catch a result from before the build ran, I would also like to be able to run a disabled monitor.

It is not possible to run Test on Demand for an AlertSite monitor from REST API. They must be run manually.
