Can I use AQTime for testing iOS and Android application?
I use TestComplete for iOS and Android application testing. I need to do battery performance testing. Can I use AQTime for iOS and Android applications?

AQTime is essentially Windows application (https://support.smartbear.com/aqtime/docs/general-info/system-requirements.html) and thus cannot control Android and iOS applications.
If battery consumption is the only specific thing that you need, you may consider TestComplete (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/mobile/common-tasks/checking-battery-level.html).
