AQTime is essentially Windows application (https://support.smartbear.com/aqtime/docs/general-info/system-requirements.html) and thus cannot control Android and iOS applications.
If battery consumption is the only specific thing that you need, you may consider TestComplete (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/mobile/common-tasks/checking-battery-lev...).
