I want to login in web version of outlook with any user then read latest mail all content like To, CC, Subject line, Body from it then compare it will expect email details.
Does anyone have any idea about it how can we achieve this?

To start with I would begin using the script recording option and being recording what you want to do by clicking on and using the objects you want to work with. This will begin the object identification process and create scripts to get you started. You may also identify areas TestComplete cant map and find you may need to enable more advanced features within your project.
