It would be helpful to show the name of the host that tests executed on in the run history window. 2 reasons:
1. While tests are executing it would be good to know which hosts are in use.
2. If tests are failing because of issues with a host then seeing the host name next to failed tests in the run history is a good indicator there is a problem on the host.
