QAC has predetermined required fields; denoted (Required). These cannot be made optional. While I understand the intetion behind this, I do not wish Work Phone to be a (Required) field when creating a user.

I use N/A in the phone number field when I don't have one available. It doesn't care that it's a non-numeric response. I'm not sure why they require it, that should be determined by each organization - I would hope they don't have reason to call any of our individual users.
