Note - I tried using the "LISTS" feature to achieve this but there does not seem to be any option to create custom fields

I looked here(link below) and it states that they can be created via "Requirements" custom fields - however when I do that, there is no way for me to access said fields in my custom list... (this is something I may file a SB Case for... )
