Differentiate the columns of partipants by color in Review Materials section of Review

When many changes are implemented, it would be helpful not to have to scan up to the top of the column to determine who commented, etc.:

Or to figure out if you as a reviewer have already accepted the overall on the file, thereby indicating you've already reviewed the current version of that file.
