Collapse review information section for a single review item (code or doc file)

In section "Review Materials" each sub-section for a single document should be possible to collapse or elapse. Currently all documents and their comments/defects are visible which results in a very large list. Grouping them and add the possibility to collapse such a group or section would make the list much better readable.
