Add pagination to the Users List in the Users page (Site-Wide Administration)

Currently, Collaborator loads all users to the User List. If there are thousands of users, it may take considerable amount of time.

    Hi,

     

    According to the latest information from our issue-tracking system, we consider this issue as a bug. Its ID is COLLAB-3110.

    I get that logic and also have uses for a single admin page with all the users, so it would be good to support both modes.
