Ability to Edit Dashboard "Last Response" to "Page Load"

A regular observer does not understand "Last Response" and we cannot show our dashboard off to our Leadership chain here. All metrics here are based around "Page Load", and it is not possible to sub "Last Response" for "Page Load" on the dashboard column.
