Ability To Include Emojis/Unicode Characters In Test Cases

Zephyr Enterprise API and UI should support Hi-ascii/MBCS/Unicode characters. 

The products that we are testing allow Hi-ascii/MBCS/Unicode characters and we should be able to note them in our Test Cases.
