Replace the Option to Disable Tooltips

We don't all use tooltips in SoapUI. Please replace the option to disable tooltips in Ready! API. I find that the tooltips always get in my way and I get tired of seeing them. I shouldn't be forced to use them if I don't want them. Thanks.
