Under default locations (settings) provide the option to select the default locations by plan.

The default behavior when a Private Node plan is selected and a private location is not assigned in the default locations is for all private node locations to be assigned when a new monitor is uploaded/created.

This causes excessive usage of private nodes and an administrative task to remove all the unnecessary locations from the monitor post creation.

Please provide the capability to assign different default locations based on the plan selected.
