Zephyr test steps missing after cloud migration and General Information "undefined"
Hello,
After migration to JIRA Cloud from JIRA on premises, I noticed the following issues:
- several views/workspaces/filters show an error that the "Test" Issue Type needs to be added to the Issue Type Scheme (I checked and it IS added)
- the Test Details item (the UI that allows viewing and creating/editing test steps) is missing from the Test record screen.
I attached images of both issues I described above.
In looking around and reading support articles about this issue, I noticed that this may be because the Test ID item under Apps -> Zephyr Squad -> General Information appears "undefined". I also saw a recommendation to reinstall Zephyr Squad and the Uninstall button is disabled so I am unable to do this step.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?
